Instructions
Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain and cool.
Layer bread cubes and cooked sausage in a greased 9x13 dish.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over layers.
Sprinkle cheese on top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, then cool slightly.
Garnish with parsley, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
For a healthier option, use turkey sausage and low-fat cheese.
