Sauce

honey

soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and brown for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in cubed sweet potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
