Instructions
Preheat oven, brush salmon with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, then bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
Flake cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Mix pasta with pesto, Parmesan, and salmon; loosen with reserved pasta water if needed.
Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a crispy top, broil the salmon for the last 1-2 minutes of baking, watching closely.
