Ingredients
  

Sauces and Condiments

  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise (avocado oil)
  • 2 tbsp Thai sweet red chili sauce
  • 1-2 tsp sriracha (or hot sauce) to taste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice

Vegetables

  • 0.5 cup frozen edamame beans
  • 2 small cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Grains

  • 0.5 cup rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt

Main Protein

  • 350 g raw salmon (boneless, skin on or off)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or other cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp chili miso paste see notes for substitutions
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar.
  • Cook the salmon with chili miso paste, sesame oil, and sea salt until flaky.
  • Cook rice with water and sea salt until tender, then fluff.
  • Assemble wraps with salmon, vegetables, rice, and sauce inside lettuce leaves.
  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.

Notes

Feel free to customize the spice level and vegetables to your preference.
