sliced baby bella mushrooms
Instructions
Combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, sauces, seasoning, garlic, and onion powder; form into 4 patties.
Cook patties in melted butter for 5 minutes on each side; keep warm.
Discard excess grease, add butter, and cook onions until translucent.
Add flour, cook until browned, then stir in broth and thicken.
Add mushrooms and patties; simmer until mushrooms are tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
Notes
Pair with warm bread to soak up the gravy.
