Ingredients

warm water

Instructions
Mix water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes until bubbly.
Add flour and salt. Mix until combined into a soft dough.
Cover and let rise for 1-3 hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F with a pizza stone or cookie sheet inside. Place a baking dish with 2 inches of water on the bottom rack.
Sprinkle flour on the counter, turn out the dough, fold, divide into two balls, and cut an X on top of each.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
If the dough is too sticky, add ¼ cup flour at a time until manageable.
