Instructions
Mix flour, salt, and sugar; cut in butter until coarse. Add ice water, form dough, chill 30 min.
Toss blackberries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice; set aside.
Roll dough into 12-inch circle, transfer to baking sheet. Fill center with berry mixture, fold edges.
Brush crust with egg wash. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 min until golden.
Cool 10-15 min, then serve warm with ice cream.
Notes
Use very cold butter for flaky crust. Chill dough thoroughly before rolling.
