Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (375°F if very strong). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Remove outer leaves and cut cabbage into 1-inch thick wheels.
Arrange cabbage steaks on the baking sheet. Mix oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings; brush onto steaks.
Roast for 18-20 minutes until edges are crisp and caramelized.
Serve as a side or topped with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or sprinkle with your favorite herbs before serving.
