Instructions
Mix the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
Whisk vinegar, olive oil, honey, and seasonings in a small bowl, then pour half over the vegetables and toss.
Add remaining dressing as needed, toss again, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Before serving, top with optional ingredients if desired.
