  • 0.5 cup sliced banana about 1 small banana

Fruits

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Nuts

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped toasted pecans

Instructions
 

  • Spoon ½ cup yogurt into a jar.
  • Top with half the banana slices, ½ cup raspberries, and 1 tablespoon pecans.
  • Repeat layers with remaining yogurt, banana, raspberries, and pecans.
