Instructions
Combine ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
Marinate chicken cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes first.
Grill skewers on medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let skewers rest a few minutes, then garnish with parsley or Parmesan cheese and serve.
