Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, then brush on baguette slices.
Toast baguette slices in the oven until golden brown.
In a bowl, combine diced peaches, chopped tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, and basil.
Spread whipped ricotta on toasted baguette slices and top with peach mixture.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the peach mixture.
