Instructions
Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the steak on a grill or pan over medium-high heat until desired doneness, then rest and slice.
Layer cooked rice in a bowl, then top with sliced steak, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and avocado.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
