Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in butter until crumbly, then stir in egg and milk.
Press half of the mixture into the baking dish.
Combine cherries, sugar, and cornflour, then spread over the crust.
Top with remaining crumble mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
