Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Rice

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Garnish

  • as needed Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook diced onion until softened.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in peppers and garlic, cook until tender.
  • Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  • Pour in broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve over rice, garnish with cilantro if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
