Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook diced onion until softened.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
Stir in peppers and garlic, cook until tender.
Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Pour in broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire; simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over rice, garnish with cilantro if desired.
