Instructions
Whisk orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to make the sauce. Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in batches until golden (5–7 min).
Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until thickened (3–5 min).
Garnish with green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken briefly before cooking.
