Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Flavorings

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Sauce

  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Garnish

  • 2 green onions sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Whisk orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch to make the sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in batches until golden (5–7 min).
  • Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until thickened (3–5 min).
  • Garnish with green onions and serve over rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken briefly before cooking.
