  • 1-2 medjool dates medjool dates pitted

Nuts & Nut Butters

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Spices & Extracts

  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.125 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 0.125 tsp allspice (optional)

Liquid

  • 0.25 cup oat milk or any plant-based milk

Toppings

  • Granola
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Crushed pecans
  • Sliced banana
  • Almond butter
