Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg white egg white
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Mix wet ingredients, then combine with dry ingredients to form dough.
  • Shape the dough into cookies and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Cool before serving.
