Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
Whisk eggs, milk, half and half, sugar, pumpkin puree, spices, and vanilla until combined.
Pour mixture over bread cubes in the dish, pressing down to soak.
Bake for 45 minutes until golden and set.
Serve warm with maple syrup.
Notes
Use day-old bread for best texture and flavor.
