Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
Mix pumpkin puree, nut butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Fold in oats, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt, then chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool, then cut into bars and serve warm or at room temperature.
