Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in pumpkin butter and water.
Combine wet and dry ingredients just until blended. Pour into pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For best results, use fresh pumpkin butter and measure ingredients accurately.
