Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin butter
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger.
  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in pumpkin butter and water.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients just until blended. Pour into pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.

Notes

For best results, use fresh pumpkin butter and measure ingredients accurately.
