kidney beans in chilli sauce

pickled jalapeno chilli slices
Instructions
Peel, trim and chop the vegetables.
Brown the beef in a skillet, then add onions and cook until translucent.
Add spices, peppers, garlic, and cook until fragrant. Mix in pumpkin, beans, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Add reserved liquid if needed.
Pour mixture into a casserole and bake at 160°C for 2 hours. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
Serve with rice or baked potatoes for a complete meal.
