Ingredients
  

Chocolate and Filling

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (measured solid)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter only ingredients should be peanuts and salt
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a 12-cup muffin tin with parchment liners.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each liner and spread evenly. Chill for 10 minutes.
  • Microwave peanut butter until runny, then mix in protein powder, salt, and maple syrup. Shape into discs.
  • Place peanut butter discs onto chilled chocolate, then cover with remaining melted chocolate. Chill for 1 hour.

Notes

Ensure peanut butter is only peanuts and salt for best results.
