Ingredients
  

Bananas

  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed

Eggs

  • 2 pieces eggs

Nut Butters

  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter

Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup protein powder

Baking Soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Vanilla Extract

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine dry ingredients: protein powder, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt.
  • Mix dry into wet, add honey, and stir until just combined.
  • Pour batter into pan, bake for 45-50 minutes, cool before slicing.
