chickpea flour (or besan)

flaxseed powder

spinach, chopped (optional)

cilantro (optional)

turmeric powder (optional)

cooking oil (as required)
Instructions
Mix all-purpose flour, rice flour, chickpea flour, flaxseed powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add jalapeno, spinach, cilantro, and grated potatoes. Mix well.
Gradually add water to achieve thick batter consistency. Optionally add turmeric and paprika.
Heat a skillet, pour batter, and cook on both sides with oil until golden.
Serve fresh with chutney like Coriander Mint Chutney.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately after cooking.
