Instructions
Mix chopped chicken with pesto until coated.
Blend mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, garlic, capers, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Toss romaine and cherry tomatoes with half of the dressing.
Spread salad mixture on tortillas, add pesto chicken, and roll up.
Optional: toast wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Slice and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add more pesto or Parmesan as desired.
