tuna, drained

mayonnaise

finely chopped celery

finely chopped onion

sweet pickle relish

your favorite bread

Instructions
Preheat your broiler.
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, and relish in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast one side of each slice of bread.
Spread tuna mixture on the untoasted side of one slice of bread and top with cheese.
Broil for 2-4 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serve immediately.
