Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin pan.
Make praline topping by mixing brown sugar, melted butter, cream, pecans, and salt; set aside.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Mix melted butter, sugars, eggs, milk, and vanilla; combine with dry ingredients and fold in pecans.
Divide batter into muffin cups, add praline topping, and bake for 18–22 minutes.
Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra crunch, toast the pecans before chopping.
