Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and couscous, and sauté until golden (~5 min).
Add vegetables, broth, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 8-10 min until broth is absorbed; stir in diced chicken.
Notes
Feel free to add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
