Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine eggs, oil, sour cream, and vanilla; whisk well.
Peel, core, dice pears, and toss with lemon juice.
Mix wet and dry ingredients, then fold in pears and walnuts.
Spoon batter into greased mini loaf pans and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-45 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
Notes
Ensure pears are finely chopped for even distribution.
