about 1½ medium pears

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
Combine oats and milk; let sit 15 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients; then add wet ingredients and fold in pears.
Spoon batter into muffin tin. Mix butter and sugar; top muffins if desired.
Bake 18-20 minutes; cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking.
