Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
Combine oats and milk; let sit 15 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients; stir oil, egg, sugar, vanilla, then fold in soaked oats and pears. Fill muffin cups.
(Optional) Mix melted butter and sugar; top muffins before baking.
Bake 18-20 minutes; cool slightly before serving.
