Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 3 pieces ripe pears (diced)
  • 3 pieces apples (diced)

Add-ins

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, depending on fruit sweetness)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Oat Topping

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch salt
  • 1 large ripe banana (mashed)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C). Toss pears and apples with chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Mix oats, nut butter, maple syrup, seeds, salt, and mashed banana until combined.
  • Spread crumble over fruit in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  • Serve warm or cold with plant-based yogurt.

Notes

Using a mix of nuts and seeds adds healthy fats and crunch.
