Instructions
Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C). Toss pears and apples with chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
Mix oats, nut butter, maple syrup, seeds, salt, and mashed banana until combined.
Spread crumble over fruit in a baking dish.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Serve warm or cold with plant-based yogurt.
Notes
