  • 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until combined. Add almond flour and stir.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form dough balls on the sheet. Flatten with a fork and sprinkle salt if desired.
