Instructions
Combine oats, water, peaches, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened and oats are tender.
Remove from heat and stir in the cream. Adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
Serve topped with additional maple syrup, fresh peaches, chopped nuts, and a small drizzle of cream.
Notes
Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 5 days. Reheat and garnish again with fresh toppings.
