Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 piece ripe banana, peeled (frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen peaches or nectarines
  • 5.3 oz peach yogurt vanilla or coconut yogurt

Toppings

  • favorite toppings coconut, nuts/seeds, granola, berries, more peach, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Freeze sliced peaches and banana until solid (4-5 hours).
  • Blend frozen fruit and yogurt until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and serve.

Notes

Use ripe, frozen fruit for best flavor and texture.
