Coconut Milk

  • 1 cup coconut milk

Fresh Peaches

Honey or Maple Syrup

Granola

  • for layering granola

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

  • for topping shredded coconut unsweetened

Instructions
 

  • Mix chia seeds with coconut milk and let sit for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  • Wash and slice peaches into thin wedges.
  • Layer chia pudding, peaches, granola, and shredded coconut in a glass or bowl. Repeat layers and finish with peaches on top.
  • Drizzle with additional honey or syrup if desired. Chill before serving or enjoy immediately.
