  • 0.25 cup frozen Greek yogurt divided into layers
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk divided into layers
  • 1 tbsp Dymatize Elite Vanilla Casein Protein Powder per layer
  • 3 large ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 0.75 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt frozen into cubes
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk divided
  • 0.5 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp Dymatize Elite Vanilla Casein Protein Powder divided

Optional Topping

  • to taste whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Blend each layer separately: vanilla, peach, and blueberry.
  • For vanilla layer: blend 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp protein, and ice until smooth.
  • For peach layer: blend 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp protein, and peach slices until smooth.
  • For blueberry layer: blend 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp protein, and blueberries until smooth.
  • Layer the vanilla, peach, and blueberry mixtures in a glass. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for best texture and chill the layers before assembling.
