Instructions
Blend each layer separately: vanilla, peach, and blueberry.
For vanilla layer: blend 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp protein, and ice until smooth.
For peach layer: blend 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp protein, and peach slices until smooth.
For blueberry layer: blend 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp protein, and blueberries until smooth.
Layer the vanilla, peach, and blueberry mixtures in a glass. Top with whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Use frozen fruit for best texture and chill the layers before assembling.
