Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 piece frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 pieces frozen peaches, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Liquid

  • 1 cup milk of your choice

Optional Add-ins

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if desired.
