Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
Chop cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion. Add to a large bowl with cooled pasta.
Add Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl. Toss gently to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
