Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes or strips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4–6 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar (optional)

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook in butter until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet, then add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce. Warm tortillas, fill with chicken and cheese, then roll into burritos.
  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley, or toast for extra crunch.

Notes

For a crispier burrito, lightly toast in a skillet before serving.
