Instructions
Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla in a jar.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
Stir the mixture in the morning; add a splash of milk if needed.
Divide into two bowls or jars.
Top with banana slices, chocolate, nuts, and a pinch of sea salt if desired.
