Instructions
Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish and chop the bread and apples. Layer in the dish.
Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugars, cinnamon, and vanilla; pour over bread and apples. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes. Prepare streusel by mixing dry ingredients and butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle streusel over casserole and bake for 5 more minutes. Cool slightly and serve with toppings.

For best results, eat within 4 days and customize toppings as desired.
