Instructions
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and half the vanilla until smooth.
Layer half of the cubed bread in a greased baking dish, spread the cream cheese mixture, and top with blueberries.
Add the remaining bread cubes and blueberries on top.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and remaining vanilla; pour over the bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until golden.
Notes
For best results, let the casserole sit overnight to absorb flavors.
