Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries or frozen
  • Zest of 1 large orange orange zest
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
  • Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, then alternate adding dry ingredients and orange juice.
  • Fold in cranberries and orange zest; pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes; cool before serving.
