Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken cooked and diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1.5 cups cheeses shredded
  • 4 large tortilla
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook and dice the chicken; season with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add chicken and stir in cheese until melted.
  • Place a scoop of mixture on each tortilla, fold, and roll tightly.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, cook wraps seam-side down until golden, then flip and cook other side.
  • Rest briefly, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
