Instructions
Pound chicken to ½ inch thickness, season with salt and pepper.
Mix chicken broth, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Brown chicken in olive oil, then remove from skillet.
Sauté shallots, add broth mixture, and simmer until thickened. Whisk in butter and cream off heat.
Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, then bake at 375ºF for 5-8 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with herbs and serve.
Notes
Serve with rice, pasta, or veggies for a complete meal.
