Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
Season shrimp with garlic, salt, and pepper; cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in orzo; toast 1 minute, then add chicken stock. Simmer 10-12 minutes until tender.
Return shrimp to skillet, add lemon juice and parsley; mix well and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the shrimp for best texture.
