Instructions
Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion for 1.5 minutes.
Add beef, cook until no longer red, then stir in herbs, tomato paste, and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in crushed tomatoes, chicken stock, add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, then add pasta. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream and cook for 1-2 minutes until saucy and pasta is tender.
Remove from heat, stir well, then serve topped with Parmesan and parsley.
Notes
Ensure pasta is cooked al dente for best texture.
