Instructions
Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion for 1.5 minutes.
Add beef and cook until no longer red, then stir in herbs and tomato paste, cooking for 1 minute.
Pour in crushed tomatoes, broth, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; add pasta and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream and cook for 1-2 minutes until saucy and pasta is tender.
Remove from heat, garnish with Parmesan and parsley, then serve.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
